texniccenter, \listoftable, \longtable

люди, понимающие в тех'е, подскажите, в чем может быть проблема...

у меня есть оооочень длинная таблица (с 33й по 45ю страницу :))) сделана с помощью \longtable

когда делаю \listoftables, оно мне включает ровно 13 раз строчку с capture таблицы. хм.. как от этого избавиться???

Тут не тех надо знать, а просто не лениться забить вопрос в гугле. И вот что сразу попадается:

    I'm using longtable and noticed that in the List of Tables any table
    breaking across a page has multiple entries.  For example:

    List of Tables

      3-1 General Requirements               16
      3-1 General Requirements               17
      3-1 General Requirements               18

    Perhaps this is the "correct" way to list a table spanning multiple
    pages but what if I just want the first page listed (page 16 here) for
    a long table?

    The documentation for longtable doesn't seem to talk about this and my
    internet search failed to uncover a solution (assuming one exists).

    Any help would be appreciated.

use \caption[]{...}

for the headers after page breaks, I do think it is mentioned in the longtable manual.
